THIS RECIPIENT HAD AN URGENT NEED TO GET TRANSPORTATION FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR CHILDREN THAT HAVE BEEN STRANDED MANY TIMES RELYING ON PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.
